“Незадовільне обслуговування”

The hotel is near the Kosiv market, with a shop on the premises. The room was fairly spacious. The impression was ruined right from check‑in: around 13:00 we were called and asked what time we planned to arrive, and they said about 17:00. When we got there at the specified time, the room was still not ready and the maid was cleaning. The administrator didn’t even apologise, just said we could check in in 30 minutes. To find the administrator you had to call. Another downside was the on‑site restaurant; by night there were parties that disturbed sleep.

“Чисто і комфортно, проте дуже шумно”

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly. On the first floor there’s a shop with a wide range of goods. Next to it is a restaurant where a loud celebration went on until late at night, making it impossible to sleep under that noise.

If you book the hotel because you have a wedding invitation at their restaurant, that doesn’t guarantee you’ll have a parking spot on the property.

Чудовий готель, територія доглянута, навколо зелень та квіти, гарні альтанки, а пташки, які прилітають попити води з фонтанчиків, то щось неймовірне. Номер був чистий, продуманий, було все необхідне, дуже зручні матраси, а головне це тиша навколо. В готелі є магазинчик, можна взяти каву в автоматі чи купити необхідні продукти, не треба далеко ходити. До Косівського базару пішки 30 хвилин. Були проблеми з унітазом, намагалися полагодити, але не дуже допомогло. Оскільки ми знімали на одну добу, то для нас це було не критично
