How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy—everything seemed thoughtfully arranged for guests’ convenience. The staff were friendly and true professionals, always attentive and ready to help. Throughout my stay, the breakfast was fresh and tasty every day.

It’s new, clean, and spacious. The common areas weren’t heated, the breakfast wasn’t fresh, and there was no room service.

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was, and every staff member was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was solid, and overall everything else was just fine.

The hotel was new, all clean, and the bed was comfortable. We booked a luxury room, but on arrival they told us it was occupied by city officials and offered us a semi‑lux room instead. The worst part was breakfast – it literally ran out. We arrived at 9 am and there was nothing left. The front desk said the food was finished and even showed us a video of what they normally serve. When we asked if they could bring more, they said there was no food left that day.

The hotel is new. On the second night, for some reason they decided not to clean the room.
