Owner Alberto and hostess Antonella are service‑oriented and friendly. The breakfast is extensive, and the location is wonderfully quiet and rural—great base for exploring the area. There are lovely house cats (7 of them). The parking spot is covered and shaded. The shower cubicle is too small for two people to shower together (which we find important). The pool feels a bit dated—tiles are loose—and the pump is noisy, making it hard to relax.

The property sits in a rural setting with on‑site local agriculture. However, it’s located down a dusty, stony road.

The hospitality and breakfast are superb! The setting is quiet and surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. It’s an excellent spot for reaching the Saturnia thermal baths and for arranging day trips around the area.

The property and pool are simply fabulous, tucked into the Tuscan green. The silence and tranquility are priceless. The apartment is fully equipped, and as a welcome gift we were offered two glasses of wine, which we really appreciated. The agriturismo is just 10 minutes from the Cascate del Mulino and 30 minutes from the famous town of Pitigliano. A heartfelt thank you to Antonella!

The host was super attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed, and the pool was the highlight of our trip, though the room wasn’t sound‑proof and we could hear our neighbour’s bathroom.
