“Senti-me enganado e mal tratado!”
Nothing to like! I could only stay there for 10 minutes, which was the time it took me to find a new place to stay because this one wasn’t possible! From everything: > There was no reception > The receptionist was not prepared for my arrival, so I had to wait for a while until he spoke to the manager, which after almost an hour of driving was not pleasant. In addition, the smell of tobacco and alcohol did not help the situation > While I was waiting there was no place to sit > The room was dirty, neglected, and smelled very much of tobacco, even though I had requested a non‑smoking room > There was one dirty base sheet, and I was given a blanket that looked bad to cover myself > The bathroom had a similarly dirty and precarious appearance > There was no toilet paper. I still went looking for the receptionist to ask for a roll, but I couldn’t find him > I even tried to contact the manager, unsuccessfully > Although it was advertised that they did not give refunds, I still asked, because the description and photos did not match reality. I felt cheated!

I found almost nothing positive. The room stank, ants and cockroaches were everywhere, and there was no sink.

I was warned that staying here was risky, yet I thought the reviews were exaggerations. The place was absolutely filthy—dirt everywhere, insects crawling on me, and cockroaches everywhere. I woke up with huge bites. I’m fine with a basic, shabby room, but this was disgusting. I paid for two nights but only stayed one, and I wouldn’t even wash in the bathroom because the sink was blocked and the toilet wouldn’t flush. It was just terrible, far worse than a crack house. If you’re traveling on a budget, stay away.
