The Queen room was spacious and clean, the mineral pools were excellent, and pool‑side loungers were always available; the only issue was that front‑desk staff lacked energy or initiative, failing to provide useful information without being prompted or asked very specific questions—this happened with several staff members over multiple days and was the sole negative aspect of our four‑day stay.

The hot spring pools were fantastic, the rooms were comfy, the scenery was gorgeous, and it was a great spot to walk into town for ice cream, coffee, and food. But there were too many rules for the pools, and they tried to act like a snobby spa, which was annoying because the place really feels family‑friendly.
