The location and the garden were great, but instead of the “Bulle” shown on the website, we were stuck in a room that looked like a meeting room with a retro projector, an uncomfortable folding bed, half‑basement, windows that wouldn’t open, and no bike storage. It wasn’t a room at all, it felt like a storage space.

For short‑term travelers, the lack of simple extras like tea bags or coffee pods made a difference, especially since breakfast wasn’t included. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, which was less convenient at night, and the sound insulation could use improvement.

The location was good, but I was disappointed to find the toilet outside; the information is available but not on the main page, so we didn’t see it before checking in. The reception was fine, though the request to park the car in front of the stadium seemed a bit much, given that there’s a spot right in front of the building. Some comments already mentioned this. The place could use better cutlery; it appears to be a meeting room with a board and screen, which detracts a little from the charm.
