The location is good, but the cleaning was poor, the futon was extremely thin, the walls were thin so there was a lot of noise, and there were no blackout curtains so it was too bright at dawn.

“Excellent location. Traditional and good value for money”

The place is amazing in terms of location and facilities, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the check‑in and check‑out were very easy. It’s nice and quiet, though there was a strange smell in the room that I couldn’t identify even though everything else was clean.

“Bien placé, beau, mais décevant quand même...”

The hostel is close to the train station and next to a bike rental shop, has the charm of a ryokan, and the toilets were clean. A small tea and coffee are available in the lobby. The futon is extremely thin, so if you have a back problem, avoid this place. There’s no soundproofing, you can hear everyone in the other rooms, and some people don’t care at all—bring earplugs. There’s no common area to sit for coffee; everything happens in the room and there’s no chair (bad for fragile backs!). Check‑in is automatic with no staff at the front desk, which feels odd because you can’t talk to a person.

“Un Hostel para descansar, disfrutar la zona y es muy cómodo, se disfruta el estar ahí.”

It’s quiet, comfortable, clean, and perfect for resting. Nothing was wrong; everything was great.
