“Gorgeous peaceful stay”
A stunning spot with a peaceful setting and a super comfy bed that made us reluctant to leave—no complaints at all.

The place was very quiet and the scenery beautiful—nothing else to add.
The location is beautiful and easily accessible, and the room is large and well appointed.

This house is a perfect blend of artistic flair and everyday charm; the host is incredibly friendly and offers a sunrise “wake‑up” service that bathes the room in sunlight. The view from the window is outstanding, and every corner of the room has been meticulously curated, showing the owner’s passion for a tasteful lifestyle. The goose‑down comforter is very cozy, the room is spacious, and the shampoo in the bathroom smells pleasantly fragrant. Besides the enthusiastic dog, a black‑eyed sheep from the farm outside the window is adorable. My family and I loved it and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Christchurch.
The house was incredibly beautiful and one of a kind; Marrielise was welcoming and surprised us by replacing our towels daily, something we didn’t expect. The room was spacious with a gorgeous balcony and view. The only downside is that you need a car; the nearest supermarket is about a 10‑15 minute drive away.
