This hotel felt very family-run and welcoming, with extremely friendly and attentive staff, and the owner was personally involved in ensuring a great experience. The breakfast was very good, and the evening meals were of the finest quality, very delicious indeed. I had a wonderful stay with no real complaints.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, modern design, and spacious rooms of this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I did feel that the prices were a bit steep for a small town in the Harz mountains. Unfortunately, my room didn't have a fridge, which was a bit of a letdown.
