How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The flat was surprisingly roomy and spotless, and the owners were incredibly friendly. Parking was a breeze – just a short 75‑meter walk to a safe spot, and the owner even walked with me to point out the best place. Having a washing machine on site was a nice bonus, and I couldn’t think of anything that bothered me.

The room felt cramped because there was no window at all, and the kitchen was constantly blowing cold air. On top of that, the mattress was pretty bouncy – I could feel the springs every time I moved. Not the most comfortable setup for a short stay.

Being right next to the city centre was convenient, but the lack of parking made things tricky. At night the place turned noisy – dogs kept barking and motorcycles roared by, and during a heavy storm water leaked in from the balcony and under the door. It was a mixed bag: great location, but the noise and flooding were a real downside.

The spot was spot‑on for getting around, and Don Gustavo was genuinely helpful and welcoming. I also felt the price matched the quality nicely, so overall it was a solid stay.

This place is ideal for a relaxed visit to Quepos and Manuel Antonio – tucked away from the hustle yet only a few steps from the town centre and all the essential services. The host was ultra‑responsive and extremely friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and hassle‑free. I’d definitely choose it again.
