The location was good, the concierge and garage staff were great, and the pool was nice, yet the reception greeting was poor, the restaurant service was really slow, the beds were hard, and the couch felt like sitting on brick.

I honestly wish I could have stayed here longer; the room was gorgeous, bigger than expected, the staff were fabulous, and the balcony views were stunning—would 1000% stay again.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the sea view was beautiful, breakfast was lovely, and the shuttle service was great. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
