The location was great, and everything else was fine.

Overall the property was very nice, with a great location, a good pool area, and nice rooms; free parking was a plus, but the maid service was overwhelming, coffee wasn’t restocked, cups and glasses weren’t cleaned or put away, a coffee filter was left in the pot with coffee still in it, breakfast service and F&B were not connected to the resort, and I didn’t get a room with a balcony.

Chris was super accommodating and patient, helping us switch to a room that suited our family; you’re lucky to have him on staff, except the porch lights went out at 9:30, otherwise everything was great.

All the facilities were nice – the pool, the gym, the BBQ spot – and the location was great. The rooms weren’t super modern but they were still pretty decent, and the bed was okay.
