The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but the bathroom and room were dirty, and the house had a horrible smell.

They advertised a private bathroom, but it wasn’t there; there were no towels, no toilet paper, nothing. The bed sheets were stained (looked like blood). Overall, an extremely unpleasant experience. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t help with anything; they’re just there to answer the phone. I will never book a room with them again.

The environment was unhygienic.

In freezing cold weather, there was no heating in the rooms. I didn’t sleep until morning and caught a cold. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom disgusting, and it was just garbage.
