The staff are very friendly and attentive. They should carefully review the laundry service; it is unacceptable that supposedly clean towels are stained and show signs of other uses, and they are already very old. The overall cleanliness is also an issue: there were cobwebs in the room, the terrace furniture was dirty, cigarette butts on the floor, and this persisted for a whole week. Even the carpet on the stairs next to reception was poorly vacuumed, giving a bad impression. It’s a shame. Also, the mattress in room 114 sinks.

I was happy with the top‑level location, but the room was on the corner and the cleaning came late.
The rooms were extremely clean, the staff very friendly, the location about 100 m from the directly accessible beach, the breakfast plentiful and excellent, and the parking safe behind the hotel.
Finally, a spa hotel that doesn’t charge guests extra for enjoying it without a time reservation and offers unlimited access! With hours that stay late into the evening, I can’t understand why others close early. Kudos to Hotel Spa Plage St Jean! The mosquitoes 🤣 and a higher price on Booking compared to on site.
