“Руководству отеля хотелось бы порекомендовать уделить больше внимания организации и контролю уборки. Возможно, стоит про”
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The main advantage is its superb location in Giza. During breakfast on the roof you get an amazing view of the pyramids, making each morning special. Walking to the pyramids is easy, which is great for tourists. The staff deserve special mention; everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to accommodate guests. Any request is handled as quickly as possible. Breakfast can include a tasty omelette or whatever you like. There’s a genuine desire to help and make the stay comfortable. The dinners were also pleasantly surprising. For an extra fee, you can dine very well right at the hotel and avoid searching for nearby cafés or restaurants. The dishes are truly tasty, portions are generous, so after a busy day it’s a convenient option. A supermarket with inexpensive products, a café and everything needed for a comfortable stay are close to the hotel. The only significant drawback is cleanliness. It’s important to note that the issue isn’t with the staff. If you point out a cleaning problem or ask something to be tidied, the staff respond quickly and try to fix it immediately. It’s clear they’re ready to help and meet guests’ needs. However, the overall impression of the hotel still gives a sense of insufficient attention to cleanliness. This is noticeable not only in the rooms but also in common areas. Towels are often left on the pool, loungers aren’t always cleaned promptly, glass and some surfaces look dirty. This gives the impression that the cleaning system lacks regularity and control. This is especially evident against all the other strengths of the hotel: great location, stunning pyramid view, tasty food and wonderful staff. In our opinion, if management can establish a higher quality and more regular cleaning across all hotel areas, this place will become one of the best options for staying in Giza and it will truly be hard to find worthy competitors.
