It sits in a really good spot, almost everything is perfect, and I’d love to return someday; the only thing I’d suggest to management is to have a backup generator because there was a power cut from the heat and I had to walk down from the 18th floor.

I had a lovely and easily accessible experience with the hotel staff, who were truly exceptional. However, the noise between rooms was a significant issue, and I could literally hear when someone opened a can in the adjacent room.

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The check-in process was inflexible, and there was no one available to offer assistance when I needed it. This made for a frustrating start to my stay. I hope the hotel can improve its service in the future.

My stay at this hotel was underwhelming, to say the least. While the view from our room was nice, that's where the positives ended. The hotel's design is not ideal, with our room located on the 18th floor right under the restaurant, which hosts loud parties almost every day until 3 am. The room wasn't cleaned until we requested it, and to top it off, we experienced a blackout that lasted about an hour. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
