The place was tidy and had everything you’d need, plus it was easy to get to. What bothered me was the lack of communication – I was told there’d be a front desk but when I arrived there was none. I had to ask through the app and got a quick reply, which helped. The room didn’t match the photo and the TV was broken, so that was a let‑down.

The accommodation was clean and the linens were fresh, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the room had a strong odor that lingered. The shared bathroom was split into two separate areas – one for the sink and another for the shower – which made it a bit inconvenient.

The photos looked great, but reality was a different story. To use the bathroom you have to leave the room, walk outside, and then come back in – not just for the toilet but also for a shower. In a cold city like Jaraguá, stepping out of a hot shower to go back inside is a real hassle. The keypad lock was a pain to use every time, and there were no towels to dry off with – I had to bring my own. The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the room lacked a window, so it felt stuffy.

There’s no breakfast or TV, and the room is so tiny it feels more like a converted closet than a place to sleep. You barely have space to move around. The cleaning was only average at best.
