It wasn’t kept well and smelled stinky. Nothing was working, and there was a moldy, mildewed odor.

The staff were wonderful and friendly, going out of their way to find a better room when we didn’t like the first one they gave us, but the bottom‑floor rooms were wet and smelled, the pool looked dirty, and the hot tub had too much chemical so we didn’t use either even though I wanted a hotel with those options specifically.
