The breakfast was diverse and high quality, and the location was great so I could walk everywhere without hunting for a parking spot, yet at night there were occasional gatherings at the bus stop across the street and the noise echoed loudly.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the parking is paid but still within the hotel premises, and the breakfast was excellent.

It was my first time at the Best Western in Bautzen and the suite was spacious; I especially liked the balcony and the view from the round window overlooking the Reichenturm, and I could leave the windows open at night, which mattered to me; breakfast was good with products from a local butcher and eggs like fried eggs or omelettes were freshly made to order. The bathroom feels a bit dated but clean, and since there’s no air‑conditioning you should definitely ask for a fan.

Aussicht. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen und Parken 12Euro die man zahlt doch wenn man rausfährt nach Ankunft und später wieder kommt ist alles voll und dann laut Personal hat man Pech- steht dann Banner an Schranke „besetz alles voll“; unfreundlich an der Rezeption diesbezüglich und Türkarte geht mal und dann wieder nicht. Laufspiel an Rezeption. Bett war schrecklich und das kleine Kissen. ; die Bettdecke war genauso unangenehm 4 Sterne auf keinen Fall. Altbackend, abgenutzt, dreckig. Seife roch fürchterlich und die Handtücher steif und muffig. Kein Bademantel und Gästeschuhe vorhanden . Laut ,da zu Straße raus musste man Fenster schließen sonst kein Schlaf
