The bed is good and comfortable, but it doesn’t feel clean; it hasn’t been renovated in a long time; the bathroom is small; when I arrived for breakfast at 9 am, everything had already been cleared because they weren’t expecting guests; the walls are thin and you hear the neighbors and traffic very loudly.

The friendly and welcoming staff at Hotel Esperia made me want to come back; I’ll definitely return; with a touch of homesickness I’ll head back to Amsterdam; the hotel and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; a solid 10.
