We only stayed one night while traveling from the airport. Late check‑in was convenient and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was a bit light, and the blinds in our room opened into the main foyer, compromising privacy.

The staff were excellent, showing everything, explaining everything, and feeding us in the morning. The room was gorgeous—if there were a 100‑point scale I’d give it that. You won’t regret booking; they responded immediately, welcomed us even after a late arrival, and kept us waiting. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️. Parking was a problem—there’s no dedicated lot, so you’ll have to find a spot wherever you can.

The hotel is close to the metro stop, but the lounge had no window, the bedroom window was tiny and couldn't open, humidity was an issue, the quick‑dry towels didn't dry, there was no parking even though it was advertised, breakfasts were the same every day and very weak – just one egg, one sausage, two slices of bread, a bit of margarine instead of butter and a tiny piece of cheese, there was no coffee and no remote for the air‑conditioner.
