The room was spacious, the lobby was spotless, and the staff were helpful. However, one of the two elevators was broken and dirty, the laundry app was hard to use and required a lot of personal data, and the machine was moldy and didn’t work properly—no suds and little water even after adding extra detergent and running it twice. In the room, I had to buy Clorox wipes and Lysol to wipe down and spray everything—door, door handles, all surface tops, vinyl furniture, and bedding covers. The sheets didn’t look fresh, were wrinkled, and had a black hair when I pulled the covers down to bed. The floors seemed unclean, unsure if they were mopped, and the shower floor was slimy. The room needed a deep clean. The price was good and it was 20 minutes from the location I needed to be at, which is why I chose this hotel.

The location had parking, breakfast was good, and the bathroom was clean. Nothing to note.
