The rooms were spacious and clean, and the gym was decent, but the check‑in was poorly handled—staff were inattentive and rude. Breakfast was a nightmare: we waited 15 minutes to order and another 40 minutes for the food, with the staff constantly making mistakes and serving dirty tableware.
