The smell was foul, the floor felt like a hard toilet mat and I would have regretted booking the hotel if I’d known; even praying was uncomfortable because the room felt like a cheap boarding house, and the staff were mostly older Chinese‑looking men. Nothing was satisfactory, everything was off.

Nothing good to mention. The staff were very rude, rooms were dirty, the toilet tap, shower, and light bulb were all broken and looked like we were in a maintenance‑only room; there were no towels, some power outlets were unsafe, the bedsheets were torn, and the rooms smelled bad. We wasted our money and endured terrible service, and the lift wasn’t working either, so I now distrust hotels on this platform.

I have to admit that I wasn't impressed with my stay, but I did have to make the most of it since I'd already paid for it. The location wasn't great, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel's location was its only saving grace, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was a disaster, with a TV that didn't work and a Wi-Fi connection that was almost non-existent. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was appalling, with stains and dirt covering every surface. To make matters worse, the hotel charged me an exorbitant amount for the poor service I received.

I was pleased to find that the hotel's location in the heart of Georgetown was convenient, and there were plenty of halal food options nearby. The easy parking space and air conditioning that ran cold were also welcome features. However, the room was let down by the unclean toilet, the extra charge for a comforter that was essentially just a thin bedsheet, and the lack of a Qiblat arrow in the room, which made it difficult for us to pray.
