I spent one night for €110 in June 2026. The location justifies the choice: Piazza del Re di Roma is only a few meters away, so the metro and supermarkets are very close. The apartment is split into several rooms with a shared entrance used as a common area (shared coffee machine and more). It’s inside a historic building. All contracts were online with the owners (very kind), and access was via a code provided by the property. The room was very small due to the apartment’s division.

The place is conveniently right next to the metro, and the manager is super responsive, even refilling water and coffee whenever needed; the price is very reasonable for the location. The AC drips a little (not too annoying) and it's slightly noisy.
