Was in a great position, on the bus route from Khiva and opposite the bus station. The staff were very accommodating and after a 10 minute wait, gave us our room around 10.30am. Plenty of hot water. A short taxi journey from the airport. The beds and pillows were very hard. The shower head could do with descaling to help keep the water in the bath as our room didn't have a shower curtain

このサイトで予約していたが、ホテル内で消し込みを 忘れていたらしく、満室で泊まれないから他のホテルを紹介するから行って欲しいと言われ、夜中の1時に荷物持って歩いて15分真っ暗な道を行かされた。しかも価格はあちらで自分で交渉して欲しいとのこと。 アルバイト君のみ、マネージャーは寝ていたのか連絡つかず、前日にメールで空港への送迎シャトル便依頼していたのだが、当然のようにそれもなく自分でタクシーにてホテルまで行く羽目になったにも関わらずこの対応はひどい。 久しぶりに全てにあり得ない経験をした。 これではそもそもbooking.comの意味がない。

We were greeted warmly and the staff worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. The station, a hypermarket, numerous cafés, and minibuses to Khiva are all close by, just as the description says. Everything matched the listing, and there were no negatives.
