The staff were courteous and the location was good, but the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained; the air conditioner dripped water inside the room and the telephone didn’t work. I had to request a room change the next day after lodging complaints, yet the problems were not resolved. The bathroom was terrible: the mixer taps in both rooms malfunctioned and floor drains were needed in the toilets.

“Overall stay was a nice experience”

The receptionists and other staff were very nice people and the room was very neat, but there were mosquitoes in my room, the fridge wasn’t working, and Wi‑Fi had poor connectivity. I would recommend spraying the room whenever someone checks out.

“Four”

The environment at this hotel was pleasant, which was a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was let down by the poor quality of the complimentary breakfast, the lack of foot towels in the bathroom, and the absence of internet in the rooms upstairs. These shortcomings detracted from my overall experience.

“I could not sleep in the room and had to go sleep elsewhere”

I was truly disappointed with the state of this place - it was filthy and had a terrible smell, with mould on the walls and a non-functional TV. The overall condition was so poor that I couldn't even consider having their breakfast. It's clear that the place needs significant improvement, and I was amazed at how poorly it was maintained. Unfortunately, it felt like a rat house.
