The staff were kind and the service was very good; for my birthday I asked if they could do something special, and they arranged decorations, a cake, drinks, and a birthday card on the bed, which was a huge delight. When I returned from an outing, a sign on the door told me to call to report my return, but they let me skip the call, so if you don’t need to call, removing that notice would be better.

The room was clean and pretty, the staff were helpful, friendly, and discreet. The bathroom was large and pleasant. Nothing to complain about, great value for money 👌. The location is a bit noisy, but nothing too disruptive.

I liked the hotel overall, but checking in at 9 pm felt a bit late and the Love Hotel section could have been promoted more clearly.
