Posizione molto buona a cinque a piedi dal centro e dallo Sferisterio. Edificio molto bello e curato; stanza grande, attrezzata e molto pulita; colazione buona; host accogliente e disponibile. Prezzo adeguato. Nente in particolare

Camera grande, pulita e con bagno grande e moderno. Dalle recensioni ci aspettavamo una colazione varia ed abbondante, invece per la "colazione fai da te" non c'erano né pane né prodotti da forno freschi nonostante la presenza del tostapane. Chiesti per il giorno dopo, l'host ha avuto la febbre. e nessuno ha ha provveduto a portare del pane. Non c'era a disposizione nulla per una colazione salata e i prodotti consumati il primo giorno non sono mai stati rimpiazzati. Abbiamo avuto solamente un litro e mezzo di latte per cinque ospiti adulti per una vacanza di due giorni.le stoviglie sporche non sono state lavate, ma lasciate in lavastoviglie fino al giorno successivo. Una colazione davvero deludente!!!

The place is really beautiful, truly enviable. A lovely lady, the owner's mother, welcomed us, though we never saw her during our two days. The breakfast was a let‑down; I had read glowing reviews, but only the first day had decent croissants, which we left behind, and the rest was just industrial food.
