The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the natural beauty of the area, including Bulusan Lake, the volcano, and the Pacific Ocean, made for an unforgettable stay. The locals were also very welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bulusan with easy access to transport and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice sea view (even if it was from a small window). However, we struggled to connect to WiFi from our room on the 4th floor, and the stairs can be a bit of a challenge for those with big bags.

We did have some issues with animals on the roof at first, but the staff sorted it out quickly. The rooms are clean and basic, with comfy blankets and pillows, but the water pressure in the shower was a bit of a challenge.
