Thanks for the hospitality and for providing us food in the hard time. We really appreciate it. We will come back and support you guys. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Smell not good at times.

Location: Excellent – town center, near Kim Song Market and Lee Garden. Staff: Mixed – some were very helpful. Although our booking confirmation approved an early check‑in at 12:00 PM, we were told upon arrival at 12:45 PM that check‑in was only at 2:00 PM. While we accepted the new time, this information should have been communicated to us earlier. Furthermore, the hotel charges for items that are typically complimentary at other hotels, such as irons, and extra pillows and blankets. The hotel also did not provide a laundry bag. Finally, while there was plenty of parking, the parking areas were dark and not properly lit, which felt inconvenient and somewhat unsafe.

The spot is decent, but there’s no breakfast and the staff aren’t friendly. I also couldn’t get a receipt when I checked in.

The location works, but the mattress at Diamond Plaza Hotel is awful—everywhere I feel it, the springs poke into my back and it leaves me sore all over.

Aside from the location, the room’s toilet was pretty rundown; hot water was spotty and the tub wasn’t clean. Only two tiny shampoo packets and small soap bars were provided. I won’t book here again unless basic amenities improve.
