Cleanliness.

Olivka can host a lot of people, but nobody got breakfast there. My dorm had eight beds and no ventilation, so in August it got hot and stuffy without a ceiling fan. The dining‑kitchen garbage bin had no lid, pulling in a bunch of bugs that buzzed around my food and face. The cleaners did their best every day. Many guests don’t flush or wash hands after using the toilet, which isn’t Olivka’s fault but makes me hesitant to return. The bedside bulbs were yellow and dim; they should be brighter. Nights cooled in September, yet the heating never kicked in.
