“Desilusión. Sin descanso y discoteca móvil”

They let you stay with your pet but the pet isn’t allowed in any common area, only on the terrace and in the room. The hotel staff were decent, nothing special. The facilities are tasteful. We went to the mountains hoping to escape noise and enjoy silence, but this place was nothing like that. Even though it’s in the quiet town of Molinaseca, the hotel offered almost no peace. Without any notice, a private event ran on Saturday at the hotel, with club music from the afternoon until 11 pm just 5 m from our window. We had no choice but to leave. The next day the same thing happened, but from the neighboring restaurant, club music all afternoon. We were exhausted from a day of hiking and wanted to relax, but it was impossible – a nightmare. Every time we returned to the room it felt like an OVEN, and with all the outside music, opening the windows felt like bringing the party closer. The hotel never warned us or offered any solutions to improve the stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. For 100 € a night, there are surely better or at least quieter options. Breakfast was 10 € and quite ordinary. As mentioned, pets are accepted but not welcomed because they can’t be in any hotel area and a 100 € deposit is charged, which is refunded at the end of the stay if the room is left in good condition. It’s a shame because I value places that accept dogs, but this experience was so bad that even that won’t save it. The facilities are beautiful, but with everything going on, it was impossible to enjoy them.
