Getting here from the airport and malls is very easy, and the staff is helpful and polite. The place is quiet and peaceful, and I’ll definitely return soon. On the downside, there are no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance, and the property has no elevators—staff will lift your luggage for you.

In a gated community about 10‑15 minutes from MNL airport terminal 1, this is a quiet, comfortable spot for a layover. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting Baclaran Catholic Church. I’d definitely stay again!

It was perfect for a short stay; I was surprised how nice it was, plus the area is gated. The shampoo was bad, lol, but if you bring your own, it’s a 10/10 and you can ask for a blanket.

Das20 Boeing Apt is an excellent hotel with very spacious, clean, and well‑equipped rooms. Free water, a kettle, and instant coffee are provided. A late check‑out was arranged at no extra cost by very friendly staff.
