The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a lot of kindness. Doing one’s job well is crucial, and in my view they excel at it. I don’t have any further comments; it worked fine for me.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean, with all amenities, just steps from the train station and the ferry exit. Located right in the city center on a main street, close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The location is very good. The person who received us at reception was very friendly and professional. The extra bed didn’t have sheets, and by the time we arrived at night there was no one left to ask for them. The bathroom isn’t private; it’s shared with residents of other rooms and is quite small.

The room was very comfortable and offered good value; they allowed a late check‑in at no extra charge, which I appreciated.
The location was ideal, literally a 5‑minute walk from the train station and a short walk from the ferry terminal, which let us reach the Amalfi Coast, Positano, etc. The pastries and coffee included in the breakfast at the nearby café were tasty. The Wi‑Fi in the room wasn’t good enough, and the kitchen shared with the other two bedrooms couldn’t be used for cooking or making sandwiches because there were no cutlery.
