The staff are so helpful and always reply to messages right away! When the safe in my room didn't work, they immediately moved me to a new room without any hassle. The room was super clean and quiet. I felt 100% safe as a solo female traveler since the property has a locked gate, 24/7 security, and the owner’s family lives right in the same compound. Honestly, nothing to complain about at all! I just want to share a helpful note about the property's character: the classic wooden flooring means footsteps can be heard easily. If you have kids who tend to run and play indoors, this peaceful spot might not be the right match

The owner was very accommodating, and the room and guesthouse were quiet and small but decent for the price. I was surprised to find the property inside a compound with other residential homes; I was initially given a room that didn’t lock on the inside, but the owner insisted on moving me for security reasons and complied. The location is fine if you’re heading to the airport or Mall of Asia, but outside the compound it’s quite busy because it’s near the public market and the LRT.

The villa is tucked into a lane in Manila, with a private gate and a guard on duty; the furniture inside feels historically luxurious and the place is truly special. There’s a big tree outside the door, and the evening lighting is beautiful.
