The resort offered a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere right by the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing couple's getaway. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with a lovely view. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike about our stay, everything met our expectations. If anything, having a bit more variety in the breakfast options would have been a nice addition. Overall, it was a smooth and delightful experience from start to finish

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is good, close to everything. Even though there’s a crowded beach bar next door, the soundproofing was great and we didn’t hear anything. There’s also a bar right in the pool—drinks are reasonably priced, and the bartender is a great guy! Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. It definitely was a great spot in its early days. Now, however, it’s in need of some maintenance and more love. We stayed in the bungalow next to the pool, and it definitely needs a deep clean. It’s a big place that looks nice, but there was dust in the corners, the door lock was moldy, and the blinds were kind of broken. The showerhead is only one big tropical shower, without a handheld option, so you have to be flexible if you don’t want to wash your hair 😂. As some comments mentioned, the toilet was also slightly leaky. Also, even though the hotel is at Long Beach, a public place, someone could’ve picked up some trash around the hotel area.

The lush greenery, the decor, the spacious bungalows, and especially the breakfasts were great, and the staff were very friendly. However, when the weather is nice and we’re at the beach or the hotel pool, ordering drinks is a real hassle because there’s no bar—only a fridge at reception offering sodas and beers.
