The location was great, with a nice park nearby, but we didn’t use the pool because it was pricey and crowded; the sea was close enough for a good swim. I’m not sure the place offers good value for money and we felt we had to do a lot of the cleaning ourselves.

The site is in a great spot, quiet, with a lovely end plot offering nice views and close to Porth beach; the kids liked both the indoor and outdoor pools. The whole property could use a refresh, but that didn’t ruin our short holiday. We didn’t sleep well the first night because it was windy, probably due to branches rubbing against the gutters.

The place was clean, spacious, well‑equipped, in a good location, and the staff responded quickly. The check‑in window (15:00‑16:00) feels a bit late, especially since check‑out is at 10:00. Also, there was no mention of a security deposit when we reviewed the accommodation; I understand it’s needed to maintain the property and we were refunded promptly, but a heads‑up would have made the booking easier.

The site was very quiet, set alongside a stream. However, the furniture showed its age, the cookware (pan and pots) needed replacement, and we had to bring our own dishes. The mobile home felt cramped for two adults and two small children, and the bathroom was tiny.
