The rooms are gorgeous and quiet, and the beds feel very comfortable; the staff are excellent. The only downside is that the breakfast price is too high.

This tiny, charming boutique hotel sits right in the jungle, with spider monkeys and iguanas roaming freely. The room is spacious and beautifully designed, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff provide excellent service. Fernando was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed.

Trees around the property look lovely, and the breakfast was really good! It might have been nicer on a higher floor than the ground floor where our room was. The mosquito problem in the room was pretty bad. Getting into the city isn’t super easy, and there are no reasonably priced restaurants or shops nearby.

The staff were spot on—Steven and Fernando, the manager, were always attentive and made the experience feel great.

The hotel is stunning, surrounded by nature, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast, paired with a visit to the little monkeys, was unforgettable. Keep in mind the hotel is 8km from Playa del Carmen and a round‑trip taxi to town costs 900 MXN$ (50 €).
