The staff were friendly and the setting was pleasant.

The hotel sits in the center yet feels quiet; breakfast is pricey but high quality. We had a room with a door leading into another room, which wasn't a big deal but the door wasn't soundproof, so a lot of noise leaked through. Also it was disappointing that we had to pay to lock our bikes, something we never experienced elsewhere.

The hotel is right in the heart of Spa, and the train station is within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and flexible about our arrival, letting us drop off our luggage before 3 p.m. The place is modern, has a game room with vending machines, and a rooftop. All of this comes at a reasonable price. I recommend it and would return without hesitation.
