“Amazing”
Our villa was beautiful! Restaurant was amazing, great food and service. Staff were so friendly

The location is fantastic, right in the center, and the beach‑side suite offers a great view. The downside is that there’s no air‑conditioning in the lobby, at breakfast, or in the room, so it gets very hot. The suite and bathroom are gorgeous, but the heat is unbearable without AC. The staff were less warm than at other places we’ve been. Ants were everywhere in the room, and we constantly had to be careful not to let them crawl onto the floor and fill the room.

The place is well‑located, but the pool was dirty and the whole area feels old and poorly maintained.
Breakfast was good, but it was too hot to sit outside. The rooms had a dust smell, were noisy at night, the AC was faulty, and the staff’s attitude was stiff and unhelpful.
Friendly staff and great service in a wonderful location, and both swimming pools and restaurants were great. However, a number of unruly families took advantage of the Thai people's nice nature, and the less desirable clientele dampened the overall experience. 8.0/10
