The welcome was phenomenal, everyone from reception to security to the staff in the lounge and the waiter – especially Adin from the ground‑floor restaurant – were all very friendly and ready to help with anything, which is very important; however, guests cannot use the upstairs restaurant for lunch or dinner unless they pay for it, even though it has a perfect view of the river; the spa has a separate pool from the spa centre, which is not a problem
