The reception was really friendly and nice, and the bed was also very clean and comfy.
Nichts Lugner Betrüger – I wanted to check in and they claimed I had booked a women's room because they let actors put themselves in my face. Exactly what I wrote.

I was really into the concept of sleeping in a capsule because it offered more privacy and security than a typical shared hostel room 🚪🔐, but the surroundings could definitely use more information about drug support and genuine help for the already struggling, heavily addicted people on the streets 💊💉😔.
“Mixed feelings”
The location is great, right next to the train station, and the capsule was super comfy; a few staff members were very helpful. The reception area has a bar that also serves food, and everything is affordable. However, my capsule's charging port was completely broken, so I couldn't charge any devices. The fan was hanging off the wall and didn’t help at all during the night; I had to open the door because it was too hot. I was kicked out of the garden at 10 pm, which was fine, but the staff member was pretty rude about it. The showers were filthy and moldy, the taps lacked handles, and the shower curtains were nasty. There weren’t enough showers (only 2 per floor) and the ones on my level were closed, so I had to go to another level to use one. Outside at night feels like entering a jungle, but the hostel was clear that it’s in the red‑light district, so no problems there. I can see how others might be put off by it.
“It was good, hostel was very maintained and 24hrs monitored as well as sa”
The place was clean and well monitored, but the area where it is located left something to be desired.
