Nothing positive, but an old couple at breakfast was rude and unprofessional, the emergency had to be changed and discharged, total zero hospitality!

We booked through Booking with a pay‑on‑arrival condition, yet the hotel still charged my card after I paid in cash on site. Multiple Viber messages asking the hotel to confirm cash payment for a refund to my bank card went unanswered.
