The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a good variety of food. Nothing significant was wrong. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Staff was soo nice, helpful and friendly and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. There was a mini fridge in the room and a ATM across the street. Breakfast could have been better, stuff was pretty cold and there was mosquitos on the fruit but it was totally fine, guess due to Ramadan most people already ate earlier. Also there was some hair in the bathroom but pretty clean all in all

I was thrilled with the clean rooms, lovely pool, and very friendly staff, though I found the taxi service a bit pricey when the taxis were actually very cheap.
Het ontbijt was goed en zeer uitgebreid. De lokatie die aangeeft klopt niet, hotel ligt 1,5 km van het centrum. Service van de receptie medewerkers zeer matig. Diner gebruikt in restaurant, medewerkers hadden meer aandacht voor elkaar. Kreeg voor- en hoofdgerecht tegelijk geserveerd, en bestelde drankje waren ze vergeten. Rijst en groente bij hoofdgerecht was niet vers. Mocht ik ooit weer in Dumai komen kies ik een ander hotel
