We liked the location, the pool, and the space, but mosquitoes were a problem, the kitchen had insufficient storage, the bathroom had no shelves, the side gate was unlocked when we arrived, and most windows lacked mosquito nets.

The large house with multiple bathrooms and a pool was great, and the surroundings were nice, but the house could have been cleaned better, and traffic on the adjacent road caused vibrations that woke me up.

The charming country house in a quiet spot surrounded by a lovely park with a big pool that we could use alone was very nice; the helpful hosts let us check in early and were always reachable for questions, but the gel grid was partially leaky.

The location was great for us, the garden was untidy but fenced so the kids could run safely, and a nearby pizzeria offered excellent pizza; the kitchen equipment was there, and the plugs worked (though not all of ours did in Italy). We rented the house at the end of April, but it was dirty, not even aired out, full of ants that bit my mother‑in‑law, there was no umbrella in front of the house, the pool was dirty (we only learned a few days before arrival that it would be closed), and there was no toilet paper—definitely unprepared for that situation.

The holiday home sits in a very green, lush, well‑maintained garden; the pool is huge and a major plus in hot summer months. The accommodation offers 3 double rooms including 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped—nothing was missing. A small sweet pizzeria is on the neighboring property, and shops are 2‑5 km away; self‑catering is no problem. Owner Marco is reachable at any time and happy to help with questions. We were really satisfied and didn’t notice any negatives.
