Ничего. Ужасный сервис! Хозяйка не приедет если вы не ответите ей на е мейл. А то, что у вас могут быть проблемы со связью ей по фиг. I arrived at 21.40 at the hotel. It turned out to be just a house where there was not even a button to call the number at the entrance. I was very tired and called the owner on the phone. The woman picked up the phone and immediately said that this was not the room that left the reservation. Very interesting, and what if it was me? You can see from her voice that the woman was already asleep. Great, she also said that she would NOT come, that it was late? That it's far from the hotel. To say that I was shocked not to say anything! The day before we were robbed in Rome, all my stuff was stolen. And here this aunt teaches me to arrive at the hotel earlier!

The lady Daniela was punctual and friendly. The room on the second floor was clean and had all the comforts. Being able to park on the street for free right in front of the building, in a city where all parking is paid, really matters. The area is quiet, next to a hospital and only a 3‑minute drive from the monuments. We stayed just one night, but we were satisfied.

The lady who welcomed me was genuinely very kind. The location of the building is basically nothing: it’s right next to the university medical centre, so it’s great for doctors and nurses, but otherwise the spot is really depressing. The room was fairly clean, but when I showered I almost flooded the bathroom because the shower cabin isn’t fully waterproof. The mattress quality is quite low, and the value for money feels barely adequate.
