Luxury personified. Outstanding location. We received outstanding service, especially from Raffaelle, who made sure everything was perfect, notably the breakfasts. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Al Ponte Dei Sospiri.

Great location. Having chilled champagne and chocolate in the room upon arrival was a nice touch. Nothing really.

The location was top. Very close to Markusplatz. Dark, loud, and no breakfast room. No 4‑star standard at all.
