“Muy agradable y la ubicación excelente.”
The hotel’s location is great. The bathrooms emit a plumbing smell and there are no covers for the showerheads to reduce the unpleasant odor.

I liked the hotel itself, the calm atmosphere, and the ambience. The staff were friendly and willing to help. However, although the staff were generally helpful, not everyone could resolve the issues that arose. The kitchen service was slow, though the food ultimately tasted good. My room’s shower dripped, a problem I pointed out on the first day, and it wasn’t fixed. I also got the impression that my room wasn’t the only one with leaks.

Nice facilities and good location. The room cleaning was poor, they didn’t vacuum, and they only left two towels even though we were three people and we asked for an extra one on several occasions; there were no hand towels, the blankets had a bad smell, the coffee maker, glasses and mugs were dirty upon arrival, the air‑conditioner was not working because of a dead battery, and the shower curtain was impractical as water spilled out a lot. Overall, good facilities but the details need improvement.

The only good thing was how close it was to the center; otherwise, nothing. The rooms were neglected, the bathroom smelled awful from damp and pipes, and everything was noisy. On Sunday morning we woke up to the buffet blasting music at full volume—when you go to a hotel you expect to rest, and they didn’t consider the guests.

It’s an old, pretty hotel with newly renovated, very clean rooms. The location is great for walking around the historic center, and it feels safe. The heated pool is convenient if you’re traveling with kids, but it lacks privacy because it’s in the same courtyard where the restaurant buffet is set up. The parking is small, but there’s valet parking, so you don’t have to fight for a spot. Because of its location, there’s a lot of nighttime noise, so earplugs are advisable. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet; the food tastes good, but the options are very limited, and when we went down to eat the chilaquiles were already cold, dry, and there was nothing to top them with. It’s a shame because they’re actually well-seasoned.
