The front desk greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome when I arrived, and the room was fairly clean. The staff also helped me carry my luggage when I checked out. However, my room had no window, was noisy, and the blue ceiling lighting felt odd. The food took about three hours to arrive, and neither the towel nor the morning tea I asked for was given. The hotel sits next to a scrapyard, so if you want to avoid that, ask for a room on the opposite side.

The lock on the hotel was fine. The behavior of the staff on the phone was not good.
